This policy covers veteransolutionstx.com and the services of Veteran Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Waco, Texas, including its assumed names Veteran Notary Services and Veteran Mobile Services ("we," "us"). The VetSITREP app has its own VetSITREP privacy policy.

What this website collects

• No accounts or forms. You can read every page without giving us anything.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical details of each visit (such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare also gives us aggregate traffic reports, such as request counts, countries, and error rates. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Visitor analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used and how quickly pages load. It records details such as the page visited, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, country, and page-load performance. It doesn't use cookies or similar browser storage and doesn't fingerprint visitors, and the reports we see are totals, not individual visitors.
• Web fonts. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google a standard request (including your IP address) when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive whatever you include, usually your name, email address, and a description of what you need. We use it to reply, scope and quote the job, do the work, invoice, and keep ordinary business and tax records. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for those purposes or as the law requires.

When you hire us

• Orders placed through VetHub are also covered by VetHub's own terms and privacy policy. We receive the order details VetHub shares with us.
• Project files are kept. For IT and network work, security design work, and our other services, we keep the project files, the materials you provide, and the deliverables for three years after the job is finished. That lets us support the work, answer questions about it, and keep required business and tax records. After three years, the files are archived, and they are deleted six years after the job is finished.
• Access to your systems. When a job involves your systems, we access only what the job requires and treat what we see as confidential.
• VetSITREP is the exception. The VetSITREP app has no server and stores nothing outside your own device. See the VetSITREP privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business (for example, our web host, email service, and the platform you ordered through), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this site and multi-factor sign-in on our business email. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously; it's the same line of work we do for clients.

Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as VetHub, the VetSITREP site, and our webmail sign-in page. Their own privacy practices apply once you leave this site.

Children

This site and our services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to project files and records we need to keep for the reasons above or by law. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we'll honor valid requests.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
